push ups chese tappudu, 20 push ups tarvatha lower back lo pain avuthundhi....is it common .....
nenu last 2 months nunchi ila specific workouts chestunna.....
before i used to do only swimming, appudu thr was no pain.......
any idea why ?

20 is too high to start with..kottaga start cheste....

alane chesta 1 set = 10, oka 18 tarvatha ..pain starts...energy untadhi but due to pain ..i have to stop.....

Pushups 10 ki break ichudu endi vay ... its not weights nuvvenni cheyyagalthe anni cheyyali .. aa back pain posture sakkaga leka anukunta ...
