dood u r doing something totally wrong.. ey work out ayina will first affects lower back if u have an error in that :) so please don't do that any more till the pain vanishes.. then cheppadam kante u watch good videos mama for push ups very simple exercise but lower back pain is dangerous trust me :) u can't lift weights either do any kind of workouts So Stop the exercise which hurts ur lower back ASAP

and push up when u r doing it u shud feel the work out on chest area and not any where else and ur abs shud be tight and back I'm back bone or spine shud be in straight nittaaru ga unchi cheyyi ante nuvu straight ga unnappudu ne spine automatic ga oka curve shape lo untadhi that is the way to d it :) take care dood... seek trainer help If u need basics correct ga lekapothe body ki kaastam :)
