Agile and few points on scrum

Agile is a set of SDLC methodology . It has Iterations like planning , approach , delivery and how fast you can response to a change if needed in a project requirement. Usually small teams or depending on a project resources work together how the problems can be solved with a best approach. Adv is you verify even before any process is finished. There are 2 types of agile process 1st is extreme programming 2nd is Scrum ( which is mostly used ) - to explain briefly all teammates will be acting like player with each other for the quick job to be done.

we divide the development process into short iterations called SPRINTS. Sprint is cycle ---develop -> adujust -> wrap up -> review the team follows those steps by meeting almost daily which is named as SCRUM meetings.
generally in real time scrum meetings are performed depending on project load mostly it will be max 2weeks where

you update about your that days task performed and also what is more urgent req if needed to be finished. In interview use keywords like A Scrum master is responsible for managing the scrum project. Sprint backlog is the list of items assigned to a sprint yet to be completed it should be done within 2 days.

e madhya andaru enduku antunaru ante to have more discplined way of processing a project, to deliver a quality product in short time, all time feedback untundi , speed ga issues resolve cheyachu anesi

another type of methodology is waterfall ekuva use cheyatledhu as it is kinda complex and phases checkpoints ani each

phase ki deliverable untundi and verification anedhi undadhu. so thats how its started failing.
