She was married to her supporting husband and boys father, Travis Lough, on New Years Eve this year and is the baby of 4 siblings (1 brother & 3 sisters) Brooke is currently undergoing many rounds of intense chemo (cytoxan, etc) and will have a double mastectomy later this year. The process is said to be likely two years with chemo at Scripps then surgery & radiation will follow so of course it's very costly. Making things more difficult is that our sweet and loving mom Polly passed away July 6th, 2012 of the same viscous disease. This has been incredibly hard for our family and we would ask for your kindness in helping in any way you can.[/font][/size][/i][/b][/left]

Our mom Polly fought for three years but the metastatic cancer spread to her bones and liver. Mom was saddened before her passing this month to know she and Brooke were both fighting the same battle. Brooke was with mom in her final moments and promised her that she would BEAT THIS for both of them.
