** DGP Gireesh Kumar Appointment as DGP is Illegal** exclusive judgement**

CAT... the judiciary tht looked into this issue of DGP appointment made a excusive judgement....

SSP Yadav was removed from DGP post and Gireesh Kumar is appointed in tht post by government... then itself SSP yadav filed petition in court against the decision made by governemnt...

now the judiciary said the DGP Gireesh kumar appointment is illegal and it also ordered the govt to remove him immediately from the post and asked the govt to form a 3 men committee to suggest 3 names for the DGP post....

also the court asked the govt to give explanation in removing AK Mohanti who is appointed as DGP by election commision during elections ... but the govt removed him and appointed SSP Yadav..
