Spoke to 5 of my friends who are working for different employers none of them are filing amendments

One employer told me that it's cost prohibitive to file an amendment every time some one moves and hence no employer will be willing to do that..

Filing a new LCA is easy but amending the H1 is almost equivalent to filing a new H1.. you need client letters and all the other required documents..
