Us Lo Cops Ki Transfers Undava ?

I don't think police dept is a state wide .Every city /county has it own dept and won set of rules and uniform.Police and fire are just like any other local/city jobs.Have you heard about police boss for a state ?(just we have DGP etc) ?

It is easy to become a Cop is USA .There is no additional prestige or galmor to the job unlike in India.A truck driver gets 3X salary than a police man !!
So transfer of cops other states or even with in the state may not arise

I am almost sure of this.Correct me if I am wrong !
