Naa Client Company Split Ayyi "peru" Marindi. Mari H1B Amendement?

maa Client peru = "xaybzc". Then I got my LCA and H1B.

ippudu vallu daanni 2 companies split chesaaru. Andulo nunchi puttina 1st company name = "xaybzc". 2nd company name = "asdf"

And I do NOT come under 1st company anymore...but, Client placed me under 2nd company which is "asdf".

Now, the question is:

[b]Should I amend my LCA or H1B????[/b]

[b]Does these have anything to do with the name changing?[/b]

Client is US Company. And my Employer is also US company but owned and run by Desi gaaadu.
