Friends,

I'm planning to buy a apartment flat or house in India, Which bank process is little easy, what are the possibilities for loan approval on OPT status and what is the minimum requirement (like minimum monthly Pay)?. Please PM me the details.

Tappadu ba...konali...situation alantidi....na childhood lo jarigina konni situations valla memu maa ooru lo kakunda ma tatayya valla dagagra perigamu...ipudu marriage ani dobbuthunnaru...So ma ooriki vellatam istam ledu...So planning to buy on my own in some metro city...!!!

Location ekkada kavali...2bedroom or 3 bedroom..

enni sq ft...avanni chepte kada..ideas istaru..




Loan depends on those factors...inka nuvvu OPT antunnav kabatti..u need to have pay chk running

minimum 1 yr vi adugutaru, India amount ent apampistav avanni chustaru..

employer letters, bank statements for an year ...annual income...ne req ni batti untadi....adanta..

As far as Loaners are concerned...

SBI nunchi approval koncham kastham...kaani valla APR baguntadi and also...no hidden costs..
anni papers pakka ga untene istaru...u will be assured that u r buying a legal property..

ICICI, HSBC etc ivanni loan approval tondarga vastadi..tarvata chukkal chupistaru...

u can go with LIC too....vallu kuda manchi options istaru...either floating or constant APR..

ICICI BANK- HOME LOANS CHECKLIST (NRI )

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SANCTION PROCESS:

2. Two Photographs of Applicant and Co-applicant & GPA holder photo.
3.One Cheque from NRE / NRO a/c for Administration Fee(0.5618%)of loan amount.
4. Pay slips Latest 6 months.
5. Bank statement latest 6 months with salary credits till date.
6. Bank Statement latest 6 months of NRE A/c Or NRO A/C in India till date.
7. Address proof present residence (Telephone bill /any utility bill latest / letter from H R Dept)
8. GPA to be Notarized in U.S.
9..Passport and Visa Photo Copies of both (all pages).
10.Social Security Number.
11.Academic qualification proof
12.Offer Letter from present Company.
13.W2 form. Of latest 2 years.
14. previous relieving letter.
15. Salary hike letter latest if any.

POA EXPLANATION (power of attorney):

POA format to be executed in favour of local person in India that should be a blood related. POA signed
by applicant and co applicant on each and every page and do it public notary in consulate, and send it
back to India and again it should be notary in India with Rs.100. Stamp paper and signed by power of
attorney who has allotted by the grantor.
NRI QUESTIONAIRE:
This format says about your complete details of your family and GPA allotment in India and what all
assets u have in India and qualification and where you’re buying the property.

Minimum monthly grass salary:
USA $ 3000 for 5 years tenure.
USA $ 3500 for 10 years tenure.
Middle East 4000 UAE DIRHAMS.
Documents to be submitted for Legal and Technical verification:
1. Agreement of sale/ Sale lead.
2. Municipal approved plan (2 copies).
3. Link document for last 15 years.
4. Encumbrance certificate till date(for last 15 years).
5. Construction estimate (in case of self construction).
6. Construction agreement (if semi finished registration).
Documents Required for disbursement:
1. Draft sale Deed.
2. Agreement of sale and construction agreement (Original).
3. 6 post dated cheques / Auto debit mandate form.
4. NOC from builder (format will be provided by ICICI).
5. Duly signed home loan documents.
6. Duly signed sanction letter.


* All Documents should be self-attested

* In addition to the above documents there might be some other documents, which the customer need
to submit when required.

asalu mundu Id Proof adress proof adugutharu then Form 16 adugutharu then they will proceed .........asalu nee pay check india lo chek cheyyinchi cheyyali ante ICICI valla NRI money branch vallani enquire chesthe clear ga cheptharu i dont think we can directly take loan in india ......we have to follow some steps and need to give proof that your income is running......once check with NRI services of ICICI or HDFC ask your parents to enquire both these banks.

and for bangalore level i can help you with the search by giving goo builders names and all (these are already available online anyways) i can just enquire the credibility
