India has one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and runs one of the largest child feeding programmes.[/left][/size][/font][/color]

thats is because.. lot of rural people are still in poverty.. main reason.. though government is investing corres of moeny and subsidising money..

there is corruption at the bottom end that is eating away the income like hell..

for latest examples 2 years ago.. 1000 s of illegal storage of grains and dal was found in remote areas of andhrapradesh by ruling party MLa...

it was the time when the demand was more the produce... the produce was made to short reach the demand by illegally storing the produce and stockign it for sellign higher prices in balck market..
