Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has a fetish for guns and that is evident in most of his films. Puri Jagannadh once jocularly stated that it is easy to convince Pawan Kalyan with a script that allows him to carry a gun. And now that love for guns had helped a poor shooter. Going in to detail,  Rekha C. is a shooting athlete who hails from Anantapur. She is representing Andhra Pradesh in 50 meters rifle shooting and 10 meters rifle shooting. She had won several medals national wide in this department. But Shooting is a costly game so it is difficult for Rekha's poor family to sponsor her with costly guns for practice.
 
Some how or other, Pawan Kalyan comes to know about her problem and lends a helping hand to her. She visited the sets of Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu today and Pawan Kalyan had handed over a cheque of 5 lakhs to her.
