Yes, A ticket batti vallu fine charge chestharu .. naku once 40 mida 65 padindi .. so court pothey some amount gurthu ledu and 4 points cut chestha annadu , court vadini ade ide ane explain chestey just amount kattu annadu without points, if the cop doesnt show up at your time then ur ticket is exempted.
