Only the Gov't ,i.e PM can directly communicate with president's office and that only the decisions made by the government that has some constitutional requirements.The laws approved by by parliamnet or ordiances required to be signed by president Granting Telangana is not done by president directly .The president can only put a 'stamp' if the bill is passed by parliament Then the question of home ministry sending report to president !!! There is big consiparcy behind this fake news.I think there CBNs hand in this to save his party by speading fake news and stop his cadre from joing TRS or YSRCP. The same ABN and CBN brought Tiwari sex scandal only at the time when Telangana movment was at peak stage so that a 'strong' governor can be replaced to tackle the issue.Even though ABN has tiwari sex tapes form over year with them,they chose that time to release them.Even now too thes is a bigger conspiracy to derail Telangana movement ! 1
