Curious To Know .. If Anybdy Staying In Us R Preparing For Civils Exam

Are there people in US who are interested to write Civils (UPSC) exam ?? If so how do they do there preparation ??

I tried baa.. Its impossible.. Literally Not workingout... For now dropped.. Dont know yet planning to rethink aft 10 yrs.

What after 10yrs ah ??? As far as my knowledge goes a OC/FC candidate can give UPSC exam until he is 30yrs old where as a BC/SC/ST candidate can give the exam until 32yrs ani ekkado chadiva ??? Am I right or wrong ??
