Without limiting or qualifying company’s liabilities, obligations, or indemnities otherwise assumed by company pursuant to this agreement, Company shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, with companies acceptable to Vendor company, Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance with limits of liability not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and including liability coverage for bodily injury or property damage (1) assumed in a contract or agreement pertaining to Company’s business and (2) arising out of company’s product, services, or work. Company’s insurance shall be primary and any applicable insurance maintained by Vendor shall be excess and non-contributing. The above coverages shall name Vendor as additional insured. B. Company shall also maintain statutory Worker’s compensation coverage, including a Broad Form All states Endorsement in the amount required by law, and Employer’s Liability insurance in the amount of$1,000,000.00 per occurrence. Such insurance shall include an insurer’s waiver of subrogation in favor of Hemlock. C. Company shall maintain Professional liability Insurance (including errors and omission coverage) with liability limits not less than 1,000,000.00. D. Company shall provide Vendor with properly executed Certificate(s) of Insurance prior to commencement of performance of this agreement and shall notify Vendor, no less than thirty (30) days in advance, of any reduction or cancellation of the above coverages. Also – need to have Errors & Omission Insurance.

naidubaava Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 you can work with any vendor on 1099 basis, so that you don't need any employer insurance and all. directly you can pay taxes on 1099.
