Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Mon-Fri

Will work on a project to develop a CCR Sharepoint, an easy to use action plan template and tracker that is integrated with Microsoft Outlook.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience and demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft ACCESS programming, SQL Server and VBA skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience programming in .Net and C Sharp Demonstrated expertise in data querying ability and demonstrated strong organization, communication, financial analysis and problem solving skills.
3 years minimum of Contract management experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in data management.
BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of California Energy Efficiency.
Knowledge of regulatory industry
