pikki Posted July 31, 2012 Report Posted July 31, 2012 mams namesthe... nenu kotta job try chestunna,,companies respond avutunnayi..kani face-to-face rammantunnaru...but problem enti ante...naku leaves ekkuva levu office lo...recently india poyi vachanu... and present company manager antha psycho gadu inkevadu undaru...naku chala frustration ga undi office ki vellali ante roju...for the past 2 months, i never felt happy stepping into the office, he is showing his attitude and he is the only manager i have on top of me...trouble is i can't complain coz the CEO is also a weird person,,,so I can't escalate any thing to anybody and even if i have , i might end up loosing my job and visa too. and previously i had flexibility to work from home and now he also took away that freedom from me...... i just can't take it any more...choostunte nenu edo oka roju vadi moham meda tittesi walk out chesta ani undi...naku adi jaragatam istam ledu... today , i really decided to move away as soon as possible, (consultancies are my last option),but nenu interviews attend avvali kabatti..naku edo oka kaaranam kavali aapeice ki late ga ravataniki or else intlo nunchi work chesta ani cheppataniki... so friend, please meku tochina salaha cheppandi naku..office ki late ravataniki salahalu...,, chepte nammetattu undali atleast ..endukante..ippudu nenu unna frustration , honestly evaru face cheyoddu...anta undi ....i can't explain in words.....please suggest something....

[/quote] hr is a sweet heart mama..kani end of the day ame ma manger words ke imp istaru..endukante comp lo vade senior developer ...i can't say it's my bad luck to face this situation...ee roju hr ki chepdam ani..hr door deggara varaku vellanu..kani ...i didn't do it..have to think about so many things.....and naku vaditho attitude problem undi ante..vallu ela nammutaru..i can't prove kada...but inkoti enti ante..he has to help me in deployments ..but kavalani..naku emi cheppatledu...but anni nenu research chesi chesaru...ee roju naku chookal chooyinchadu..project live vellali ee roju...and naku emi guidance ivvatledu sarigga...i did it but with a lot of pain...and adi succesful ga chesanu kada adi ooravatledu vadu......
dollar vora Posted July 31, 2012 Report Posted July 31, 2012 if u cant talk to the manager u can talk to the HR department kada they might be able to help you inka work from gurunchi antava if u r married and ur wife is here u can tell him ur wife is pregnant and u need to take care of her and ask wfh for 2-4 weeks as after that ur parents will be here to take care of her inka....
