** High court Orders to Seize the properties of those who call for BANDH **

High court ordered the state government to seize the properties of that particular political party or an organization who calls for bandh....  high court made clear to all political parties .. if they call for bandh nothing damage should happen.. if such things happen then the properties of the person or particualr party will be seized...

government submitted a writtened document to the high court tht it will take actions against the bandhs as directed by high court...

thts wht high court clearly said in the orders...    wht ever the damage tht is caused in bandh .. who ever may be the reason for tht... the person or organization or party who calls for bandh should pay the penality and damage expenses for tht particular organization and with this order govt must seize the properties of those who cal for bandh if they wont pay damage costs....

political parties ki properties ante emuntaayi baa inka.. vala respective party offices ye kada... almost anni parties ki offices manchi places lone unayi.. vatini seize chesi eelani assam pampisthe problem solved....  govt also submitted written document to high court tht it will follow its orders perfectly... so uthiki areyali inka...
