Roju night Watermelon for dinner ani anukuntuna - just water melon thats it (no other food).

I just want to lose around 8 pounds anthe.

Main ga tummy ochindi baaga e past 6 months nunchi beer's ekuva ayyi.

2 years nunchi work out chestuna - muscles and all are good, plan is to go for abs or atleast flat abs in the next 2 month.

thread mill daily 45 mins @ good speed and few tummy exercises

try torso tiger very effective

try to have ur dinner early by 8 it will work..no matter what u eat..except rice..and starch.

ya work out chesta mama, So Im adding cardio too but not extensive.

emo inka try cheyale, adhe chudali. I normally have it as a snack, but i think I can fill my stomach by eating more water melon.

based on what Ive researched, water melon entha thina em kadhu cuz its mostly water.

googleing seyyi bayya it is simple and easy but very effective

dont eat anything after 7. and eat oatmeal at night for dinner instead of rice
