Best way to reduce is tummy/weight is butterfly swimming do it everyday for 1 hr. Food vishayaniki vasthe no rice at all. replacement of rice is quinoa (thella jonnalu) costco lo dorukuthayi 4 lbs ~$9. Vandatam same as rice 1:2 water. Eat quinoa half of rice what u eat now. u will get nutirents more than rice. eat chapathi 1 time and other time quinoa. have dinner before 7-7.30. after dinner wait for 1hr to eat fruits. chapaathi replacement bugley wheat idi kuda costco lo dorukuthundi quinoa pakkana vuntundi. vandatam 1:2.5 water.

you just can't lose fat only in abs... u have to reduce fat all over the body first then only stomach fat will be reduced upon exercising...take high protein food in the night.... no carbs...

2 months la ante kaani pani by..!!!!
3-4 months esko..!!!
nuvvu just water melon thinte weight tagguthavemo ... abs raav bhayyaa..!!!
go for complete fat free.. and less calories food..!!! .. night go for chapathi and egg(no yellow)..
and do crunches and low ab workout...
