contact your insurance agent and say it was done my me in the parking lot.
But i think this is not an accident. if they ask you to pay something initially ask ur friend to pay that amount.

First you take it to your local auto body shop/collission repair center and get estimate for the work.If it is aroudn $500 or less.Get it done yourself
If you it is costing you more than think about claiming insurance .The simple and best reason to tell them is 'some body has hit your car when it is parking in some xyz mall parking lot'.But depends on which part of the car body is damaged and should be convincing enough.Most insurance companies cover even if it self accident/damage,but your insurance premuim is likley to go up from your next billing cycle
