bikki Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 Bikram Yoga is very good and is different from regular yoga. Another common name for Bikram Yoga is Hot Yoga. In this style of Yoga, basically you perform Yoga in a heated room (around 45 degrees C) with high levels of controlled humidity. So, this helps in increasing the metabolism of your body and hence helps in high calorie burning compared to regular Yoga. Bikram is the person who introduced this but is now offered at many other places. There are multiple levels of Bikram Yoga which varies in the aasanas and core strength used. I have personally went to Bikram Yoga and I have seen way better results than anything else.
