Because the game was very close and Americans thought that they outplayed Indian player....anthey gaa...

one more thing is Vijender also won against an American player which was also very close game by 1 point.....in that game also, the American commentators were crying like anything thinking that American should have won that and Umpires chethaga vunnaru ani anaadu US Commentator
