Visa Question

Hi DB,

I am planning to go for my 1st H1B visa stamping thie year-end.
Meanwhile I also would like to initiate my GC process.
Will there be any problem during Visa interview by the fact that I already started my GC process???

H1 approve ayindhi bhayya,...But India ki pothe stamping veyinchukovaali..Meanwhile I can start my GC. But question is will there be any risk while H1 stamping for the reason that I already started my GC. I mean will the consulate guys think I will be potential immigrant and changes of Visa rejections is high?

first thing first....

H1B is a non immigrant visa.....but at this stage u can have dual intent that is to migrate if u have a lawfull reason(like job) but not on f1 which is strictly a non immigrant visa
