[b]Position 2.[/b] Websphere Commerce Lead
Rate. 90 - 100 on CTC
8+ years of total experience with J2EE applications
At least 3-4 years experience in designing and development using Websphere Commerce Server
2+ years of experience with EJB, Struts, MQ, JMS, DB2, XML, Web ServicesExperience with WCS V7 highly preferred
Candidate must have hands on experience in installing, configuring WCS server for Proof of Concept
Candidate must have hands on experience in customizing store fronts and work with business to gather technical requirements
Candidate will have overall responsibility and would require to work with offshore/onsite IT architects and developers to enforce best practices and performance tuning techniques
Ideal candidate must have 1) Solution architecture and mentoring experience, 2) System analysis and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work as technical lead, hands-on developer and contributing team member on Websphere Commerce Server
- Evaluate business and technical requirements in order to write and implement technical specifications related to the company's web initiatives.
- Work with other members of the Applications Development team to implement technical specifications.
[b]Position 3[/b] Mobile Application Development Lead
Rate. 75 - 85 on CTC
- 10 years of software development experience using Java/ J2EE technologies
- Excellent programming skills, ability to apply design patterns to real problems
- Minimum of 3 years with Android, iOS, and HTML5/CSS3/JQuery/Javascript development
- Candidate must be able to lead, architect and develop hybrid apps
- Candidate must be able to manage offshore partner and enforce best practices and development code reviews.
- Experience with Web Experience factory (Previously Portlet Factory) and any Websphere Portal products are highly desirable.
- Experience with Work Light product is nice to have
- Solid understanding of Andriod Development, iPhone/iPad Application development process.
- Design and develop client/UI applications for the various mobile operating systems
- Solid understanding of Native Apps vs Hybrid Apps
- Strong background in full lifecycle of mobile app projects - architecture, development, testing, deployment and configuration of Android, and iPhone mobile apps.
- Experience in using source code version control like Sub Version
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to engineers, product managers, and executives. Should be a strong team player.
- Experience in mobile platform/product evaluation/assessment projects to identify, compare and contrast feature functionality
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and respond to changing requirements and environment.
- Experience with Mobile Security products
- Experience in Mobile Device Management tools and products is highly desirable
- Experience in integrating mobile apps with enterprise through SOA
- Experience with Mobile Enterprise App Platforms is preferred
- Experience in modern software engineering processes like agile, test-driven development
