Opt Denied ...wats Next ?

Hey Guys,

na opt extension reject chesadu ......
WAt can i do now ? how long am i liable to stay ?
vere university lo join avocha ..join ayna maliu stamping ki vellala ??

any suggestions welcome.

Reason enti? Simple reason aite you can reapply probably or open motion to reopen..

nenu vinnadi aite you have to leave the country within 30 days or change to a different status..

Motion kuda apply chesa but motion kooda reject chesadu saying motion doesnt have enough evidence.

So now if i have to join any univ. i am concerned because of recent univ. hit lists and things....Maxmum i need to join full sutdent and complete ..

any other way around ?? like univ. h1 or something ??

2) right now ne SEVIS active ga ledu...USCIS ki apply cheyali SEVIS ni activate cheyamani "Re-instatement" antaru....e OPT first time eppudu reject ayindi? reject ayina 5 months varaku time unthundi Re-instatement ki...prob is Re-instatement ki kuda time paduthundi...elopu edho oka univ lo join avvali...this shows that you are doing your part to get back to status....max. re-instatement reject avvadu...ayithe em cheyalemu....u have 2 leave this country....

unfortunately, vere work around ledu ....nuvvu H1B ki apply cheyali ante status lo undali kada...nuvvu ippudu status lo levu...okasari re-instatement approve ayyi, nuvvu malli F1 status ki vasthe...next yr H1B ki apply chesuko....ATB

Good reply.. SEVIS terminate ayyipoyindi kabatti malli status loki raavali ante you have to either renter the country(Risky) or join an other college and apply for re-instatement. No other option..

first: Go to lawyer who has reputation with student issues... ( your ocnsultancy should help you in this)

second: join full time student and pay first term fees.. anthe.. no other option..
