H1 Vachindi ...kaani Opt Ledu

Hey guys need some information..

My friend is in a wired situation.
He has opt rejected just like me but luckily their employer can get his H1 filed.

My Friend h1 is approved but he dont have opt ext from feb 2012....H1 will start from OCT 2012.

He tried with MTR of OPT but did not work out.

My initial opt ext denial decision was made in may 2012.

Do i need to apply reinstatement ?

Any idea wat to do from october ??

h1 vachindi but opt reject ayyindi kada so oct lo reinstatement ela chesukovali since sevis will be deactivated ....

i'm not sure but let me try....

OPT reject ayindi, MTR kuda reject...so right now out of status...reinstatement chesedi malli master's (F1 status) kosam H1B kosam kadu...oct 1st lopu status loki ravali, H1B ki convert avvali ante...reinstatement ki apply chesi, oct 1st kalla F1 status ki ravadam impossible...endhuku ante reinstatement ki apply chesaka min. 2-3 months time paduthundi...6 months pattina vallu kuda unnaru....

so, ind velli H1B stamping veyinchukuni ravadam thappa vere option ledu e yr e H1B ki convert avvali ante...stamping risky ante reinstatement ki apply chesi, F1 status loki vachi, next yr H1B ki apply chesukovachu....

not sure this gonna help you are not...thought of giving it a try....my suggestion is consult an attorney....and do post what he/she suggested it gonna help others also....ATB

bhayya CAP GAP anedi manam ext. ki apply chesi USCIS decision kosam wait chesthu unte 180 days unthundi...kani ikkada already decision vachesindi kada, so CAP GAP undadu...

kani H1B approve ayyedi OCT 1st nunchi kada baa, appati varaku e status lo untadu?
