Good move by Apple. Its profitable for Google as well. Original Youtube App for iPhone was written back in 2007, and was never touched again. Google is writing their own app, youtube experience has changed over years and also Advertisements.

Anyway, I use Youtube on Safari. I don't miss Youtube App.

I am not a fan of iphone but I dont thikn this will affect the sales of it atleast with the americans.
How many do you think they'll see what new features are added and will buy it?
How many of them exactly know how to configure all the ###### when new phone is bought?
How many do you think no if there's some problem with the wifi how to reset it?

hmm i personally never found youtube app that much useful...... the search results were never accurate... i always preferred youtube on safari...... so doesnt make much difference
