Syracuse - as he said..its too costly...
UFL,as someone pointed out..it has some 'AA'(40%) funding which is given to those who have gre score more than 1300....ee AA award matram pakkaga vastundhi(not sure if they have changed it...it was there when i applied)..and it also has the option to apply for 3 different courses under one single application. yes...fall ki endhuku annanu ante..there are some good univ's that wont have spring intake...Fall aithe more no. of applicants..higher acceptance..higher funding chances.
SUNY-Buffalo add cheskomanu...
if he wants to complete Masters in one year..Cornell University has 1 year CS program.
