Hi All,

I have a male colleague in my workplace and I am a bit bothered by his behaviour. He keeps staring at my breasts too often, especially when I am wearing a sleeveless blouse. Not sure if my dressing is provocative, but I am comfortable wearing sleeveless kurtis. One day when we were seeing something together in my monitor, he suddenly turned towards me and said 'adjust' pointing towards my shoulder. I realized that my bra strap was out and corrected. But I am too embarassed with this guy. How should I handle him? Please pour in your suggestions.
