Nenu 7 yrs exp petti velthe naaku motham A-Z adigedu...from informatica, unix, oracle, modelling...etc if these are related to ETL developer then thats fine but these are more advanced topics that can be answered by only those people who are into core unix, dba or modelling...

and guess whats the pay package per yr: 10 Lakhs per annum...

so if a fake guy goes with 7 lakhs per annum they will not hesitate to take him bcoz he is coming cheap (though he may not answer the core questions)....

so eventually IT companies get what they pay....

if they can fake the interview questions (asking irrelevant questions for the job being interviewd) there is no issue in faking resumes.

bhayya everyone fakes at some point of time in their resume (even the genuine ones).
dont you think genuine candidate resume lo fake points undava??
i know this lang that lang ani pettara.....hobbies ante singing, dancing, thokka tholu ani fekara?...its just that level of faking is different.....but the point is to survive and satisfy the employer anthe which our ppl are doing great.
