but those are wrong...faking a resume is ok to some extent...but dubbing an interview is even more wrong.

that being said...North indians em thakkuva kadu...maa client place lo okadu vachedu..claiming himself to be a Oracle Certified....simple count(*) kooda raadhu vadiki...he himself told me he took dumps to clear certifications...

hobbies is just an exmpl....naaku thelisina genuine candidates...project vishayaloo kuda resumes lo points fektharu..like i did this proj using this tech ani...i have seen it.....

bold chesina daniki.....adhe kada manollu cheppedi...manolllu surviving even with 7yr fake exp and performing better than a genuine candidate.....theese chances unnai kaani ....u have to risk it to get the bisket.....
