Fake and Fraud are 2 different things

With in the Fake if one keeps entire resume incl Yrs exp etc as well as technologies then not acceptable

Second type is

Suppose ur previous job u worked in say for Yahoo. in Java u r good in Java 8.9

Ur next requirements comes as u must know java8.9 and VB 10 and C .000

In reality if u get selected u will work only on a part of 8.9

That way i get some resumes incl every technology in their project...(This implies that once knows those technologies)

Till that point ok.

most of them are putting Yrs of exp. wrongly this will have risk during Back ground check.

PS: Blaming some one si totally not acceptable.
Since they don't have proper system to validate then ppl take the advantage as simple as hat.

Now linkdin is there do proper back ground check etc etc and things will be fine

Hmm agreed, I will rethink abt this. But 6 yrs genuine 8 yrs fake ante dani meaning aa 8 yrs vadiki kooda 5-6 yrs exp undi, they are on same level playing field, 6 yrs guy can still prove his worth
