[color=#282828]We hear various stories about Visa Stamping rejections daily.This is a case of my friend

My Friend was with a shady desi consultancy from last 2 yrs.His employer never ran his pay stub. He just used to give him some money once in a while even though he was on a project continuously for 2 yrs. His Prime Vendor was a big US Vendor.

He joined a different project with same vendor in July'2010.

He went to India in Dec'2010 for a family emergency.He went for stamping to Chennai consulate. His visa was rejected as he dint have any pay stubs. He had client letter. He got a RFE.

He spoke to his client about Visa Issues and asked for work from home. They gave him option of work from home for 4 months. Since his visa issue was not resolved they hired someone in his place in US and removed his work from home.

His US vendor applied a new H1 in JUly'2011.He got H.

2 weeks back he went to chennai consulate for stamping. They asked him 2 questions.

Q1 : What is your height?

Ans : 6'1"

Q2 : Which place do you like?Europe or USA? ( He did his Masters in Europe)

Ans : Europe

Consulate guys laughed and gave visa.

This guy dint have any pay stubs,client letter or any supporting documents.

This is the story of Benjamin Button.
