you find it a joke? they want you to be environmentally conscious (not to use bags), a few carry their own jute bags and so they don't need a bag.... you can ask "couldn't they see if I am carrying my own bag" but it is not a recommended thing to stare at peoples body to check if they have their own bags. So they do ask for it....
Coming to my case, I don't carry a bag instead I have a tray in the back of my car.... I put back all the items in the shopping cart and go to my car and put them in it so it would be easy for me to carry all the items in to my house at once.... So now is this a joke?

[center]Oh common sometime find humor in it i am happy about being environmental friendly however the joke is with so many things ppl still ask if u need a bag why cant they just keep jute bags i think no body would mind paying some extra bucks for it[/center]
