Hi,
I am new to this forum. Problems started with in-laws. Then with not consummating the marriage. My husband was making excuses that problem is with me. 3 years passed. Marriage not consummated. One fine day, he beat me. That was after 3.5years. He then threatened divorce for another 6months. He told my parents and me that we will do some prayers in temples. We believed him. Marriage still not consummated. We went to marriage counselor and he told that he doesn't want to sleep with me because I am fighting with his mom and sister. He cannot sleep with such woman. One fine day we traveled to India. I came back 15 days late. Husband disappeared, apartment on sale. He didn't pick me at airport also and said he cannot accomadate me. I went to friends house. He sent money for 6months. I didn't know his whereabouts. He changed his job. He packed the house into storage room and planned everything. He closed off bank account also which was joint account.

Later he started sending divorce papers. Now we are separated for more than 1year and he sent lawyer notice to settle the property and complete the divorce paperwork. MY marriage is nearly 5years now.

I have lost all my age, health, drowned in stress and pain. What should I do to this man?

He is impotent. Because he was not interested in sex at all. He beat me as excuse to get rid of me. I did everyything to save this marriage. Then he ran off, moving the house and locking the unit. Till date, I don't know where he is. 1.5years I am separated.

I have sent many e-mails asking him to come back. NO response. No sense of regret or guilt whatsoever. His family mum throughout the process.

Marriage not consummated, beaten, abandoned and cheated in everyway. I sent him all the photos of our good times. He doesn't seem to care least bit.

I know it is too late. I have to move on.

Ladies, can you advice me. How to move on? I lost my all. I have to find a job. I have to go back to the US. Luckily I got status of GC so I came to India. My parents are worried. He took all my gold and kept with him for 1.5years. ONly recently returned some gold. He also kept all my documents, certificates.

What can I do with this man? Do you think he is really impotent? In-laws harassed me a lot previously. He blamed me all the time. That is the reason why he won't sleep with me. We would go on so many vacations and act like normal couple. But he would not sleep with me. He would just say too tired, sick, etc. etc....

Forum readers, please throw your insight on my case. I am hurting and confused about my future.

I am 33yrs old. Been married to this fool for 5years now. Still waiting for divorce....I don't know why he did all this to me. His relatives adviced him some of these tips like closing bank accounts,etc. One of them got divorce at same time.

Well, I am literally banging my head.. Please advice me...
