out of fear SMS delete cheyyatam quite common and TELCO's do have the complete un encrypted SMS with them and that should not be a big deal for police.

Police trying their level best to extra some extra money.

If they close this a simple suicide then they get nothing..since case became so popular they cannot even get the money to return the body to the families(Normally police are best @ doing business with dead bodies too)
