May be you could afford quality power by paying money. But, I bet 70% of farmers in Telangana region cannot.

It also depends on wat crop u cultivate. mostly people would default the bills. Then the officers, will collect the transformers and motors from the farmers. There is no way they would continue farming, and would leave to places like mumbai and dubai to do kooli.
