this is another big result of worst desease than AIDS that is corrrpution

We stood 55 in over all table.

But there is big cheer to celebrate and this is how we noramally happy @

Pakistan did not figure in the table .......HaHaHa so pathatic we are ..

I also have same opinion...India has definitely improved a lot over the 2008 Olympics ... No doubt in that.

Indians are not winning many medals because we dont take sports as a career option..... evado 10000 ki okadu prepare avuthadu.... Most of us driven by education/career... I think thats the main reason...just my guess..

Thats what i mentioned the disease
We are spending lot of moeny in sports for the past of 18 to 20 Yrs

See the fate of the hockey? we never bulid grounds of international standards see the fate of the hockey in oly (where did all the money go)

Likewise if things are properly in palce we can win min of 10 gold
we can write essays ut of no use
let us hope for the best

BTW Vollyball btw russia and Brazil is mind blowing

i am not hard on performers or participants

i am harsh on so called BASXXXXDs like kalmadi and co thats all

Any sports person when on field perform more than 100% no doubt about that ..and players except the long jumper whom all i saw did their best no doubt.

i am really harsh @ authorities how the develop sports in india rom the point of picking up players to utilization of funds

We won Gold in arhery way back in 88 seoul oly... i don't remeber his complete name some ram from assam neither he was encourage not the sport was given proper preferece so as other soprts like shooting
