H4 Visa Stamping - H1 Approval Date

I have my H1 visa approved and it starts from OCT 2012. I am now planning to apply H4 visa for my wife . I heard from several sources that she can go for stamping 90 days before the H1 Visa start date but she only can travel 10 days before the start date. Please suggest me if this is true and please tell from your or your friend's real time experiences if they have done like this? Thanks in advance

yes thats true. she can go to stamping b4 90 days. but she or for the matter you(if u go to stamping) cannot enter US on h1/h4 visa before sept 21st.

yes that's what I was expecting. Any true experiences? I blocked for an appointment this week for my wife. I will again post on that day with my experience to clear confusion for many.

one of friend had a same case last year. his wife went to stamping in last week of aug and came to us in first week oct.

H4 ki alanti doubts yemi vundavu. last time f2 ki apply chesthe 214b iccharu, Bur H1 ki 214b ivvakudadhu as it comes under both immigrant and non-immigrant category.

Ya same with my wife 2 times rejected. first time W2 form second time 214b. Nest week she has interview hopefully she gets it. Cheer otherwise there are many options
