1) If u are highly talented..and are made to report a desi maanger ( which u will be for sure)....u will be crushed... no growth..

2) Desi gallani....pichollani chusinattu chustar akkada.... edo tiem pass ki money reaping annatu..

Only possible way....u need to show that ur capadble of innovative ways... recognition ravadam chaala kashtam...even if u work ur ass off....

even I went for Google personal interview and interviews by Desi ppl also there .... I really like the person attitude there ...

and more Google ichinaa offer 15$ mothly katti ichedee aithy anni companies endhuku ivadam ledhu .... may be u missed the point what they are trying to cover for their employees .... its not about money its all about suppporting the family of the employee even the employee is no more
