morning breakfast..wheat bread with egg white..2 hrs lo malli edo okati kadupulo padeyyi like Raw Almonds..lunch ki rice with chicken breast la..koncham break ichhi malli almonds thinu..evng workout cheyyi..nyt oats thini paduko..
