Estory - 2 : Chittinaidu's Orthodox Behavior

This is for my sister who has been married for more than 15 years. She has 2 kids a girl and a boy. Her hubby was a syco from the start of the marriage. He did not allow my sister to come to our home after marriage. He objected her studing and completing her PG degree and then her Phd. But when she obledged and when she was a home maker he alwyas criticise her saying she is worthless and does not earn any moeny and she is no use to him. So she completed her Phd and now working as a lecturer in a college and he has again started giving problems saying she shd not go out to work.he even objected her and her children coming to my house and my parents house

Now my sister is in another mess. One of her student who used to help her doing some personel work like coming wiht her to send her off her in a railway station at night becas her hubby will not do that and she was afaird to travel alone at night.. Thinks like that.. Nogthing personal just like a helper.. He is from a poor family and my ister used to give him money for helping her.

My ister showed that boy how to create a yahoo mail accpunt by showing her account.. She is a commerse graguate and does not know about the problem of showing her user anme and password to that boy. he also doens not have internet knowledge and he has given this user id and password to his girl firend and they were chatting and passing love messages using my sister id.

My sister does not know this as she rarely uses this id but her personal computer at home has automatic login to this id and her husband saw these messages it seems. My sister did not see those messages. She does not know what are those .He has forwaded those messages to his id and has deleted that from my sister's id

Now he is asking for divorce using this as evidance.

We dont know what to do. My sister has is innocent i aslo agree she shd not ahve given her password to any body. But that is her only mistake.


Can he use these messages as proof and claim divorse? Since he has access to her mail we dont know what messages he might have sent to the boy using my sister's id .

We dont know what to do. we are thinking about those kids. we are from conservative socity where we dont do divorse but it is becoming impossible to be wiht a man who is not beleving his wife of 15 years

he is saying if she needs to remain as his wife she shd not go to work. she shd not come to our house and all that.. vertually as his prisoner.

We are also not allowed to go to his house..

What to do in this situation. Children are crying and saying do not seperate.
