ChampakDas Posted August 15, 2012 Report Posted August 15, 2012 I dont think we can convert DTS package to stored procedures automatically. I may be wrong. I dont know. But i think you can do it manually by putting the logic in a proc.

CREATE PROC BEGIN runyour package (because I know we can run the packages explicitly) END Just a thought. I am not sure if it works but try. Dataflow undanuko--Change into insert Lookup component undhanuko---use joins in sp execute sql task aithe just copy the chunks of code and paste it in sp
ChampakDas Posted August 15, 2012 Report Posted August 15, 2012 As I said, you can manually copy the logic and put in a proc. If you are not comfortable in doing that you can call the dts package within the stored procedure as said in my previous post.
