Simple reason is client letter ,W2 forms ,paystubs and company profile

All 4 are possible in contract job also lekapothe no contractor will get the stamping.

But in FT all the 4 are pakka

FT lo stamping reject avvada ante why not? but reasons will be out of box like candidate presetnation during stamping and all relevant docs etc.

But FT has lot more benefits except money.

and also 3-4 weeks paid vacation.

Thread starts is well aware of insurance so i did not mention

Both have its own advantages and disadvantages

But as you said from FT to Contract
2 points are key

1) Some how get rid of the job for various reasons like work Env. job satisfactions etc.
2)As you said very good hike from FT to contract like 50%
