FT lo job security and peace of mind untaai although responsibilities ekkuva untaai. Nee wife dependent antunnav kabatti try for a better pay (for eg 90-100K) FT job. Consulting ki raaku. This is a better option.

[/quote] Thread starts is well aware of insurance so i did not mention Both have its own advantages and disadvantages But as you said from FT to Contract 2 points are key 1) Some how get rid of the job for various reasons like work Env. job satisfactions etc. 2)As you said very good hike from FT to contract like 50%
