naaku kuda cholestrol perigi chest lo pain vachindhi .doctor ni kalusthe first coffe banjeyi ani dengindu.
i used to drink coffeee and not eat any breakfast and have direct lunch .so adi vini doctor 10gindu.

he said me to eat oats and fruits in the morning.avacado blue berries are good ani cheppadu and drink water as much as you can which helps the body to be active rather than lazy (baddakam) feel.

potato asalu padadhu mama...and intlo olive and canola oil vaadutha....non-veg curry ( chicken ki) canola and all veg curries ki olive oild.... adi kooda thakkuve...and week lo almost 4- 6 days exercise chesta....no red meat.....wine thaagutha and beer/vodka thaagutha...and ice cream picha picha ga thinta
