Any local police station ki elthe They will run ur plate n they will let u know..

You will have to call CA DMV. Not paying ticket in CA is a crime and will raise a flag on your current DL. You should contact them at the earliest tell them your situation and pay the fine inc any late fee. Pls do this at the earliest as a priority.
