Someone had apparently worked some “black magic” on Samanta which had led to the actor being confined in her Chennai flat for the last two- and-a-half months. She is, however, back on her feet now, allegedly thanks to a tantric from Kerala.
The tantric in question, Vineeth Bhatt, has apparently made it known that though someone had worked some black magic on Samanta by burying a few bones in a graveyard, he had managed to clear the bad influence in a 3-hour tantric jappa (wherein Sam had to recite a mantra) at producer Maganti Gopinath’s office and that she returned home completely cured.
“Samanta used to get seizures at times when she would come across familiar faces; some kin or friend, — jealous of her rising popularity would have done this mischief. After the puja, she gained a lot of energy. She had walked in with a lot of pain but the negative energy in her body has now been ejected,” says a source in the production office. The tantric, who is a close friend of Mollywood stars Mammootty and Mohanlal, is now making a name for himself in T-town too.
In fact, hours after the puja, Samanta’s skin rashes had apparently reduced and tests confirmed allergies had subdued. Now back after her 75-day break, the actor has already started work for Gautam Menon’s film Eto Velipoyindi Manasu. With Sam unavailable for comment, DC spoke to her manager Mahendra, whorubbished rumours about the tantric. “She is a Christian, so how could she ever believe in black magic?” The tantric, however, has predicted a great future for the actor and has assured that she will achieve superstardom and also bag a national award.
