H1 stamping appudu LCA date inka project start date diffferent vundocha ? emayina avuthunda different vunte ?

[/quote] so that answers the question i guess....amendment ki elago kotha lca apply chesthavu kadha...bcoz amendment also changes ur h1b duration...so aa lca suppose oct 2012 to oct 2015 varaki certify aithe u'll use that lca to apply for h1b (uscis) and upon approval you'll carry the same document during visa stamping... Note:iam just answering up to my knowledge.....

[/quote] normal ga nee h1b application approval process lo LCA wages,duration chustharu like lets say naa h1b sep 30 ki ayipothundhi........so i joined a new client in april and applied an lca in may for that client so i'll get that lca certified for 3 yrs...and since my h1b is expiring i 'll be applying for extension in august....so if i use the same old lca which i applied in may......for extension approval i'll be losing 4 months(may-sep) duration in my approval like u may get approval for 2yrs 8 months on ur extension...so employers do take care of applying for an updated lca....
