You have to speak to loan officer of any nearest bank regarding this... Interest will be little higher than secured loan.. you should show them some invoice .. I mean how u r going to spend this money.. Purpose of loan.. He will advise you how to go...

Documentation as follows:
3 pay slips
employment letter
ID
SSN
etc...
Once the bank satisfy with everything // they will approve a loan and they will give you some papers which should be signed by u r HR stating that they r going to deduct EMI from your salary towards the loan..
